We have a commitment to sourcing candidates directly and as such, we do not accept CVs from agencies. We do occasionally work with one of our preferred agencies who we may ask to support us in sourcing candidates for particular role. However, in line with our PSL, we may only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement in place with an agent, and where an agency has been directly instructed by a member of the recruitment team to assist with that particular vacancy. We do not pay agency fees where speculative or unsolicited CVs are submitted to us through our careers website or otherwise. In the event we receive a speculative or unsolicited CV from an agency, we reserve the right to contact the candidate directly and initiate discussions with that candidate without any obligation to the agent.
